Bit high rated, p'raps?
60w @ 12v is 5A (nearer 4A at 14v with engine running). If you're running one cable per filament, I'd be going with ~10A at most.

Sorry I meant one wire per state, so 2 filaments on each wire.
So 120w draw.
Maybe I'll change them to 15 amp fuses

Brilliant mate..sounds like you have a result, those bulbs should be working somewhere close to Max and a hell of a lot brighter with 3 more volts.
I must admit, running 4mm all the way to the rear sounds epic, I' m not sure whether I would have opted to got straight to the leisure battery instead..admittedly with an upgrade to the split charge relay but then that's a wise move anyway.
The leisure would be working harder, as would the split charge relay and wiring to replenish lost charge, but then it's only 10 amps on a single lamp model so even the standard relay should cope...

It wasn't too bad, they are in a sleeve and run underneath the van attached to various points and going over the fuel tank etc,
My leisure batteries (2 x 100ah) are about 30cm from my starter battery in the bottom of my wardrobe.
I took the opportunity of running a big 6mm wire at the same time just in case I ever get round to fitting epas.

I've just been out for a drive in the dark.
Wow. I can see a hell of a lot more.
I tested the full beam, looking at it head on was like looking at the sun! I just had complete white-out in my vision

Fit marine terminal blocks and forget measuring voltage drops altogether:
