Agree on buying local and as return postage tends to get added on with online sales if the part isn't right, it can get expensive. I'm not saying sellers should cover costs but if you have the part in front of you rather than on a page, any mistake made is down to the buyer, plus you can return usually on a no-quibble basis the same day rather than have to wait for the post all over again. I only tend to order online if I simply can't get the item anywhere else, plus theres some kudos in supporting local business.

Well, all except Halfords as you've got to be truly desperate to go in there. :rofl £5 for three bolts - for crying out loud....

If your buying from halfords you have already failed...unless its upol etch primer...amazing as it sounds its about as cheap as you will find the stuff.

Just Kampers replied to my email. They have apologised and will cover the cost of return postage and give me a refund if I want to return it. I did suggest they investigate this product, as I suspect they will get a load more complaints from disgruntled T25 owners if they continue to state that it is compatible with T25 vans as clearly, Its not!
I will be popping into the local VW parts suppier (that I've discovered to be less than a mile away), and ask to inspect their servo hoses! :ok
