see the haynes, it's far too involved to type it out here.

when it's cold...
Remove the duct.
Start the engine, and observe the choke flap.
It should open with more revs and close without them
By the time 8 mins has past the choke should open fully

Got 1980 t25 westy twin carbs one of the carbs is popping as you Rev need some advice to rectify problem

Hi, I want to get my engine and carb tuned does anyone know anywhere in the midlands (I’m in Derby) that could do it? I’ve done a basic tune myself but it needs a specialist I think. I have a 1980 Aircooled 2.0l with a Weber (empi) carb Thank you
