Something thats easy to overlook on the DG is that relay for the high speed fan up above the earth crown. If the fuse keeps blowing, there could be high resistance building up on the relay contacts. Removing the relay, cleaning its contacts and reseating it will often restore contact and stop any heat build-up in the primary circuit for the fan. I was constantly getting a blown fuse on the rad fan circuit until I did that. :D

It did take me a while of hunting around to find the additional hidden relays - I was certain there would be more than just the two attached to the rear of the fuse box :lol:

I tried the high speed fan several times after fitting the correct size fuse, and didn't blow another so hopefully should be ok

I may just clean and re-seat the upper relays anyway, to ensure a good contact :ok

Now to get a rad temp switch then see if the fan comes on by itself :D
