No problem, you're in luck. There is a label which shows the company name and phone number:

You Sir (I assume you're a Sir
) are a star. Looks like they're based in Stevenage, which isn't a million miles from me, but the website listing i found for them is dead ... hopefully the rest of the company is still going! Will give them a ring tomorrow and find out.
