oooo i dont , i thought you would ask a replicable measurement question 
dont try to form it exactly like, unless you have the right type of press available and it takes time messing,
all you need is to make a part that if you sit the outer skin over the frame you need to go from the part that will be lipped over and you can then go flat up to where the original goes over the cut out holes andf turns about 90', i will do a s****y sketch and sedn ti , be quicker than typing
