HI MM,thanks for your reply,yeah all the seams have been shot blasted,the B pillar has been removed and part of the front arch i used a good quality cut sourced from Mick at NW spares,ariel has been welded up and windows removed and sorted.
I am trying to do it right !! but if you think i have not done something properly ?? or missed something ?? then please tell me as i want to get it right. your input MM is much appreciated thanks.

Hi woody yellow,Hopefully the paint work will be another fortnight

,interior and decals i dont know how long as i cant decide what to do with them interior panels either vinyl or cloth ??, decals are a work in progress with pen and paper at the moment seeing whats right,i may just go down the original styling of holdsworth but mayde different colours,??
If you have any ideas i shall take them on board.

Hi MM,heres what we did for the Bpillar repair first we cut away this

to this

then we got a full arch and b pillar cut from mick at NW spares cut out what we needed and acid bathed it to remove all rust

then we primened the cut and the inside of the panel

Yeah MM we were very fortunate,we didnt know what we were gonna find when we cut away,as you well know there could of been some nasty suprises instore for us.the second hand cut had a very small amount of surface rust on the inside about the size of a ten pence piece so we decided to dip it in acid and then prime it,thought doing it this way was better than fitting a new pattern part as they can be a bugger to get the fit right.I think we did the right thing fingers crossed.
