i thought the windscreen & side wimdows were a different size insert , that link is for a windscreen insert.

until the op comes back with pickies ,then we can confirm which seal/chrome combi

some guy putting the chrome inserts into a t25 side windows ^^^

was going to source some new ones for my westy last year as the chrome look decided to leave

1 size insert for the front & back screens.another for the sides (smaller). must add this to my things to do list

The trim is the one Imposted a picture of on the previous page. It is 8mm wide. I have done everything, bought multi tool, used warm water and washing upliquid. I have watched videos. I have pinched the tool but it still keeps coming out and if I pinchit anymore the trim won't fit through it.

It is driving me nuts

I assume the trim is to big. Any suggestions where I can get the right size?

As said earlier - the link that you posted is for front and rear filler trim. AFAIK it doesn't fit side windows.
That said I have just measured my Caravelle ones - the front door ones are 6.5mm wide yet the slider and back sides are the same 8mm as the windscreen and rear screen. Methinks that mine has the wrong size in the rear sides.

How the merry hell did they get 8mm trim into those sides? The window rubber is new, so flexible and I used hot water and liquid, not way it was going to fit.

Where can I get a narrower trim?

To save all this heartache,will you take. Picky of the front and rear rubberr where you would look to insert the trim also do same for one of for one of your side windows asssuming all four are the same,
Next take a picky of the end section of the trims you have ,not links please but Your actual ones

Put them in warm water to get them to go round the corners easier. Someone (from another T25 forum) advised the use a PTFE-Bonded coating spray on the rubbers. I found it made it a lot easier to insert the trim.
