To be honest I don't know how hot fridges run at.
The ad states that it is heat resistant but would that be sufficient or would I need something more substantial?
Put it this way, you wouldnt be able to touch it....so that rating of +85c is not going to do the job. That's marketed as 'air ducting', there must be something available with a bit more clout suitable for exhaust gas... try the Dometic website? [runs off to take a peek himself....]

I didn't get it out of the van, I left it attached. The fridge and furniture was removed so I could attack some seam rot. You can see it just hanging in this picture.
