I can vouch for the warm water bucket method.
12v 1.4 gpm 100psi pump with a speed controller.
1.5 L boiling water gives 10 L of nice warm water for 2 folks..... with a hair wash and conditioner

rinse out
we use a childs watering can rose.
great for euro holidays on the aires.

we have one of these, I've modified the shower curtain so that it attaches to the open tailgate - not sure if anyone sells them now though.

Not the Extreme but rather the Zodi Zip Shower. I like it and when used with my Bus Depot Add A Room off of the rear hatch it makes for a nice shower. Here's a video of my set up using the shelter and shower.

This video gives you another look at the shower when the rear hatch is in the open position.

I just picked this kit up off of Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EN7N4XG/ref ... 60_TE_dp_1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
What my plan is to take out the Westy pump from my showers' water tank and replace it with the one from the kit. I'll keep it as a spare for the Westy's sink. What I find attractive about this kit is not only the price but the shower head itself. It has a couple of ways to mount it, suction cup as well as a hook. I think I can get it into a better position than the nozzle head that came with my Zodi. Also the shower head is bigger than the Zodi's. There's also a button to increase or decrease the flow, which would be nice! Might mean more water used but may also decrease time spent washing up.
