Only wiring I now have is as follows
double red/white (one through bulkhead, other to relay at crowns) is this the radiator fan wire?
Thank you.
Yes

black/yellow (sure this is from the blower switch)
Input to fuse 13
The heater fan is red/black

Are you able to help with the relay positions for the above and on the double red.
Thank you.
You have got a Beetle fuse box and relay carrier the relay positions and pin layout will be different. It doesn't really matter where the relays go just as long as the relays match the pin holes.

Connected up the relay, I used this diagram to help.
Power source I used the red wire from input fuse 9
Device I used black/yellow from input fuse 10
Earth I used the 2nd from the loop on indicator relay
Terminal I used the black/yellow wire that was left
With the terminal wire not plugged in the window wipers and blower motor wouldn't work, also needed the ignition on so Im presuming its an ignition live.
Don't seem to have a auxiliary fuse 13 so the blower wiring is connected to fuse 10. The manual on here
http://www.westfaliat3.info/html/westfa ... loads.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; under 83 shows the fuse 10 does the blower and wipers so im presuming I should be fine with it being wired this way.
Id like to thank you for all your help on this as without you I seriously doubt I would have managed this. Mum is currently working nightshift but other than changing the radiator as it has a slight leak she should now be confident to use the van for the first time so id also like to thank you for her as well.

I wouldn't run the heater fan through fuse 10 it uses a lot of power on the fast setting, best to take off the heater supply from the input side of fuse 10 and put in an inline 16A or 15A fuse that will stop you losing the wipers if it overloads fuse 10.

That's everything connected up, only problem I've encountered is the red flashing light at the temperature gauge no longer flashes when the ignition is turned on, it did use to before I changed the box, every now and then when you first turn the ignition on it dimly lights for a split second but then goes out. Will I have wired something up wrong?
