Over here we have the Bentley, an excellent resource, but limited to the North American models. It only covers (briefly) the CS diesels.
What's the best reference for the JX and it's subsidiary systems in the T25?
If you drop me a PM with an email address I can send you a PDF of the JX service info for the T25 - diagrams etc like Bentley but the JX section from the VW original manuals.
It'll be in a couple of days though as I'm away from my computer right now.

A new question, which we have been asking about on another thread, but wanted to get it into our own post.
My partner has started the maintenance work, oil change, new filters, fresh coolant, etc. The truck came with a Wabatso coolant heater which she has stripped out
due to failed parts. However we're not sure if this pump is part of the stock diesel setup or part of the Wabatso heater.

Anyone know? Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the pic Hugomonkey.
We have another question about what is stock and what is part of the Wabasto system. In this picture, looking up from under the truck, there is a temp sensor with wires going to the Wabasto harness. Is this sensor only for the Wabasto?

I'm not familiar with the Webasto factory option, but the pump in the pics looks like it circulates coolant to the passenger compartment when the engines not running. Looks to be a neat setup, why not leave it ?
In fact I'd have thought the whole Webasto system would be quite good to have in a vehicle living in a place with very cold winters. If it were me I'd be fixing/replacing the heater unit.

We would have loved to keep the Wabasto heater, however there are too many bad parts. Someone in the past had pulled the front wire harness when the circuit board inside the controller/timer fried. The fuse holder inside the rear power transfer box also melted. The water pump on the main unit is seized and the burner chamber needs refitting of the fiber washer. (these are the bad parts we know of)
There are some parts available to rebuild these DBW46 Wabasto units but the prices are sky high!

There are also newer units available, and in the future we might fit one of those. We do plan to keep all the parts from the heater so if anything is needed then we can reuse. For now the idea is to remove unnecessary bits to streamline the coolant system and reduce clutter.

Here's a link to original VW manual for the AAZ-engine mechanical. It's in german, but it has all the specs and diagrams and is pretty self explanatory:

I'm not acquainted with the Webcast industrial facility choice, yet the pump in the image seems as though it courses coolant to the traveler compartment when the motors not running.
