Data is in the Bentley for body alignment.
Shouldn't be too hard.
I know when Neil did mine we took LOTS of measurements.

Trouble is with re shelling a syncro is you can't get a shell....new....so it would be either a massive hassle to re register etc..or illegal...

Ahhh..think I may of spotted this van a bit ago in walesland...nowt wrong with the repairs seen here, and some deft measuring will get the arms back in the correct places...there adjustable as well you know!

No ! I also came across this syncro a few years ago whilst on a trip to Wales. What are the chances of that ! It was parked up off the road IIRC. I had a chat with Bob's other half. It had some bodywork.. issues, glad to see its being resurrected from near-death.
Agreed the repair work looks fine, some serious skill there.

It must of been near Llangollen I think?
As for the comments regarding the not worth repairing aspect....if it was suggested it was going to be broken for spares I bet there would of been an outcry of "it's to good to scrap" and the like...fair play I say and a good cavity waxing session will keep it alive for a good while longer after the repairs..
