OP's piece is nice, but needs better beads in my opinion, the boost pipes may pop off otherwise.

Agreed....we didnt have a way of beading the ends. I have attached it with two clamps at each end so hopefully it will stay put. Its a massive improvement on what i had before....which let me down on the way back from france....mind it had been on for two years.

For anyone who's interested.... Darkside developments do a 51mm beaded pipe with map sensor boss for £40 plus vat. It comes drilled for a 12mm map sensor. My AFN one is 18mm, they said they would drill it out to size so I ordered one today.

Alternatively make your own flaring tool using a universal exhaust clamp ,large robust washer and a pair of old mole grips-i did all my aluminium pipes after suffering hose blow offs using pipe sections without. Had quite good results on functionality and asthetics and even recovered the mole grips after use-I shall try and dig out some pics!

Alternatively check this link out-i used a larger washer as the 'former' but same result :D :- http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/tech-ti ... oller.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
