Blame the jokers !
One thing that's good about this forum is the total brutal honesty and comraderey between the imaginary ranks of knowledge !
Once again thank you for your help I really do value and appreciate it.

Right I'm back. I've stopped laughing now (:)
One question. As somebody with limited experience and having just bought another van from overseas, have you taken it to a trusted garage and got them to check it over completely, to find out what does/does not need fixing? I ask because following your recent posts, it doesn't seem as if you have. If you haven't, you are taking up a lot of your time dealing with what sounds quite minor, when there may well be more fundamental things that need fixing. I recommend you do that, so that they can advise you as to what to prioritise and what is actually broken, rather than you trying to guess. Then come back to the forum for the relevant advice on how you can fix it. That is the best way.
I can certainly recommend a garage around my end of the North Circular Road to give your van a once over, although I seem to remember that I already did so some months ago. The garage is still there. They had another two T25s in there last week. Good luck!
