have recently done exactly the same as you ie new calipers, discs, pads and new fluid. First trip out brake pedal felt terrible, although brakes worked fine, re-bled and pedal still didn't feel as firm as before, however after driving 250miles last weekend the brake pedal bgan to feel something like what it did prior to the change and now, after driving another 50 miles last night brake pedal feels spot on.
So its taken around 300 miles to bed in, Martin has already mentioned a lengthy bedding in period so that might be what they need

Same with my Merc van - new pads, rear linings and cylinders and it doesn't feel the same as it did. Waiting for them to bed in also!

My suggestion as the fluid lines have been replaced is to clamp a hose as previously described, and with an assistant without the engine running pump and then hold pedal pressure and release the clamp from the hose, if the pedal drops there is probably still air in that line, re bleed the line if the pedal sinks, hope that helps, if it's the rears then adjustment could also require doing, but I know you've only just adjusted/replaced the cylinders, but it is more than likely bedding in[SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH]
