Clean the heads out thoroughly, try penetrating fluid 'Plus Gas' or similar.

Well that did the trick, soaked em in release oil and left soak overnight, they came out easy with a allen key :)

On removal of the drive shaft, i found that two of the bolts had indeed snapped off, one was slightly proud the other well and truly deep :?
I removed the one with a long nose pliers no problem, the other, I fiddled and farted around but finally found the solution. I put one of the old bolts back in and turned it so the remaining broken bit fell out the back end, it was so easy!

I have put up some pics of it all :D Just waiting still the replacement, so watch this space.......

CV pack arrived today from UK, total price incl. post was 15 euro, 7 euro was postage, so 8 euro for the boot, grease washers and bolts, money well spent.
No problems fitting, test ride was okay, around 5 miles. tomorrow off fishing so that will test it properly (you do not know the roads here, tarmac? what's that?) Anyway back on saturday so will give it a once over on my return.

I have to say this, I take my hat off to all those that put great input to helping others, you know who you are, so take comfort in I for one appreciate you :ok
