-30's are a nice ride and the springs are real good quality, you won't be dissapointed.

My next job will be to fit lowering springs as one of my rear springs has snapped in the cup anyway.
If I fit -50mm ones, will I need to change my shocks too?

yes I would. and cut the bump stops at the front. but if you fit -45 springs then its suggested that you may not have too.
