Hi
Discovered the screw was not split but it has snapped in half and have ordered a new one from VW TPS I managed to get one posted to my local TPS branch
The one in st albans (where they had two) wouldn't post it out to stockport TPS not very helpfull indeed, but the one in stocton on tees will using an interdealership form.
I am picking it up on friday, what idiots for the sake of a £3,50 part the van is useless (as I want the heat) just because they wouldn't post a small plastic screw!
Good customer service NOT

Still having problems dispite getting a new bleed screw
Can you tell me where is this o ring on the valve situated?, in relation to the white plastic bleed screw or are you talking about the one on the bleed screw its self as mine still leaks having put the new screw in
I have created another rubber washer and will see tommorow when it is light if it still leaks
