By the way the weather forecast for Wales is crap at the moment but you don't holiday in Wales (or Ireland, Scotland or England) expecting nice weather. Have a good time anyway.

Weather forecast anywhere is crap for the foreseeable future, and a poorly van too, not looking good

Well....wales is off.

Succumbed to pressure from two ladies who dont want to suffer the cold and wind.

Just booked a 5 star in Tunisia instead.......not much difference....

We are supposed to be going to Wales for 5 days from Thursday. I must admit I have looked at last minute deals but I can't find anything for 5 days.

but the wife and daughter were protesting strongly....

i just did the last minute thomson thing and found something that looks just the ticket....only one downside is that we fly from Doncaster.....80 miles away...so had to book a room there as we fly at 6.15am on the sunday.

off to shell island saturday to monday with granddaughter, dont mind cold as long as its dry.
