Well you are the welding guru Just a matter of cutting twisting and welding it back together.

you dont cut or weld them !

One of mine has a lhd stick its rhd , it's no biggy really!
I have however got a rhd stick to change it for at some stage if and when I get round to it.

I also had a 4 speed van with a 5 speed box for a good while, once you are used to going through the reverse gate for 1st it's really no different after that.
Adjustment is however a black art!!

I am now looking around to source the parts I need to change the front 4-speed gearstick, under-box etc to a 5-speed setup to improve gear selection, however can anyone tell me (based on my photos above), in terms of the shift rods, do I just need a replacement front shift rod or would I be better to replace the full front to back as well?

Just the front half of the rod the stick and the gate box as far as I can see...
