All seems so much hassle....
Much better to get a set of merc tolliman alloys off a CLK or similar. Have so much going for them,
1, correct offset
2, correct centre bore
3, correct bolt hole size
4, they are forged, so super strong
5, added benefit of being forged is that they are very thin, so standard size bolts and studs can be used. You just need the correct wheel nuts for rear and front bolts that are shaped for merc alloys
6, they look awesome :D

They are 16" also this maybe a stupid question and forgive me but what do you mean by staggered fit?

As in the rears are wider than the fronts...which I've already pointed out.

May I suggest you take a step back, don't spend any money and read up on what's required to fit aftermarket alloys to a T25.
There's more than enough info on here to help you and it will help you in the long run trust me....plus it will save you making expensive mistakes by buying alloys that won't fit.

I've got a set of these with 205/65 R16's fitted. I've had the holes drilled out to 14mm as well. Are you really saying that they don't need the longer studs? And do they just need a 6mm spacer on the front?

If you use a spacer on the back to fill the arches better, what size spacer is best, so that it doesn't catch the sliding door?

Do you mean the wheel in my picture? If so, Yours must be different, as the bolt holes are 14mm as standard
