I'll try one last time - what is the voltage whilst the heater is starting?

When a consumer like a night heater draws current from a battery it's initial 'start up' current will be higher than when it is running. This extra load can drop the battery voltage below the heaters 'cut in' parameters and this is why a heavier supply cable and soldered joints are recommended to minimize the voltage drop and these associated problems.

You really do need to measure the supply voltage AT THE HEATER during initial heater startup ENGINE OFF

Hi there

With the engine turn off and the night heater switch on
firing up the voltage is 12.83 at the heater

Sorry For for any mix up and there is no cuts in my wire and everything has been soldered
