DJ is VW code for the usual 2.1 injected petrol engine that most western european countries got, without a catalytic converter. Yours is almost certainly the same engine.

DJ doesn't stand for anything its just the VW code for one of the fuel injected 2.1L petrol engine. The other common one in this country is the MV but there are others

On your engine have a look where it says "engine code" on this picture to find yours
