Well the adapter I have has a centre hole of 2 and 3/8 on an inch and mounting holes are 1 and 3/8 inch between adjacent centres and either 2 and 7/8 inch or 2 and 3/4 inch between centres across the diameter of the adapter ( as there are 2 x lots of mounting holes. )
