Finished the insulation and got the lightweight ply floor in. All the wood will be painted in 1k epoxy to make it water tight and to keep mildew and rot away. You can see how I have attached the floor and its just a slight mod from the converters method of gluing it directly n to the metal. The foil will provide the first part of the thermal sandwich barrier. Next layer ply then foil fronted floor underlay then laminate floor (I will not laminate under kitchen unit or seat) I have managed to find 3mm laminate which is very light.

Just need to get it done before holiday. The out side will need a paint though.

Kitchen is in and you can see the layers in this photos. My saw was a bit wonky on my repair to the lower frontage (where the water goes) of the kitchen unit but hey, I know lots about IT and nil about carpentry. Also the laminate is a mock up and the gap will not exist in the end.

Tomorrow I will connect the traumatic 1800 and create the vent hole.
