Ok guys got some prices back etc basically for the wicklow part of the event for camping and 2 days offroad driving the cost will be 40 eur0s ( 35 pounds ) and also the same for the galway leg .As we need some idea of definate numbers and also I need to either PM or email on further info and some forms for the club anyone who has not confirmed they are coming in the next week ( I will trawl back throught the post and make a list ) will incur an extra surcharge of 10 euros on each leg so book your ferries or confirm that you have booked them :!: :!: :!:

hi all just popped in for a quick look and see there is still some debate on how or what to book a t25 syncro on the ferry- the length is same as a car and the hight dosnt realy come into it ( westy highroof ) so for the purpose of booking its the same as a car camper mpv etc, ( over 1.8m high ) the only possible problem you may have is convincing them that your not commercial use ? reg docs or insurance should sort this though. have fun and post plenty of pics
b.b.

have another option for the weekend of the 18-19th about an hour from dartfield which is the body and soul festival http://www.bodyandsoul.ie/index.php?noShow=1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; if anyone is interested a beautiful little festival and might be a great way to round off the event pampering a mixture of music ceilli's gypsy music to reggae, dubstep etc in an amazing location

This is their blurb
Body & Soul Festival, Ballinlough Castle, Clonmellon, Co.Westmeath. JUNE 18th & 19th

Body & Soul is more about atmospheric engineering than main attractions and hype. We want our festival goers to enjoy an 'experience', rather than just a gig - we're sustainability conscious, without being too in-your-face, unique rather than boutique: An independent festival with a heart-shaped mind and a cutting edge soul.

We’re in to the LITTLE things, that make a Festival GREAT.

Dancing under the Stars. Sparkling Conversations in the Hot Tub. Gramophone Grooves. Acoustic Sessions. Electronic Symphonies. Marshmallows on a Bonfire. Glitter Balls. Pop-Up Performances. Lanterns. Lakeside Massage. Twinkling Pathways. Violins in the Rose Garden. Disco Yurts til Dawn. Fireworks. Candlelit Opera. Four-Poster Picnics. Masks. Feathers. Funky Parties in the Woods. Tea Cups at Breakfast.

One Hundred Quirky Nooks & Crannies.

“A truly unique kind of environment” - State.ie

“The marvellously manicured site is dotted with ornately decorated bars, kooky vendors and bizarre art installations” - Hot Press

“Organisers proved the interactive mixture of art, music and workshops could not only succeed but excel as an ultimate stand-alone festival” - The Irish Times

“One of the best run festivals we’ve ever seen” - BBC ATL Northern Ireland

“The Festival was as much about the experience of being there as it was about the music…..” - Meg.ie

Best New Festival - Irish Festival Awards 2010

The Social Responsibility Award - Irish Festival Awards 2010

could move Dartfield back to the Thursday and Friday if anyone is interested ? Music includes Lee scratch Perry, amoungst others will give the organisers a ring to see if could organise a discount  tickets are 99 euros pp plus 30 for van, for the sat to monday (would be three nights camping !sun only 55 let us know what you think
