that looks a low bean count.

now whos brand are they? thin juice ,in fact palid looking juice, got to be an own brand, so who's down your way..
will have a think about that one
just got a set of £1 vouchers of weetabix as a pack I got had flaky weetabix not firm and compacted, its seriouse they virtually disolved in milk, any how emailed a complaint and gotr a nice response plus the vouchers, also found out why some inner sleeves have weetabix printed and some dont,
they are all made /packed on the same line but the catering ones get shipped different and so have the product ID on the sleeve and what happens is that they do a run and pack too many this way and these extras end up in retail packs
Also if you check when you get BOGOF's often they may be flaky and hence sold cheap. if so eat a few and complain direct for voucehers and also get your refund next time in the store .
well I was bored late the other night

Put a good shift in today. I'm using self tappers to pull the arch and side and floor together before welding.

Installed some insulation today. First I installed some foil backed flashing tape in each horizontal recess to add some mass to the panel and reduce vibrations. Then used some 50mm xtratherm to provide insulation. I used some poly spacers to ensure an air gap behind the foam. Next I will seal join and stuff gaps with regular recycled plastic insulation stuffed into tough plastic bags. over this there will be bubble foil which will act as the vapour barrier and additional insulation.
