I'm fitting a brickwerks kit to my 90 Autohomes Komet, did searches and looked at wiki etc. Does it matter which indent that I drill for the top mount?

There are 4 to choose from. The closest to the window will make the strengthening plate and spacers hard to fit. So was going for lower one further back if that makes sense. Any comments before I get the drill out?!
