Hi, I'm having no luck finding a dipstick for my 1980 T25 2.0 air-cooled engine. Can anyone who has this engine do me a huge favour and measure the dipstick and low - high markers so I can try make one suitable from another vehicle. I currently have no dipstick so cannot tell what the oil level is. Many thanks,

you can use one from a wbx they are almost identical

I have a wbx dipstick to sell, will compare it to the air cooled if i can find that which isnt for sale.

Found the wbx dipstick but looks a bit short for the 2 ltr CU Aircooled engine, there are nos dipsticks on ebay but the number only comes up for the 1.6 engine, cant find a part number for the CU dipstick.

Thats the one i found when searching but comes up as used on 1.6 CT Aircooled, if that is the same type used on the CU engine there is a seller in Egypt that has some NOS dipsticks with that number.

Just measured mine. It's 57cm from shoulder that meets the end of the tube to the oily end.

I just orderd the 070115611B for my CT, and it was a perfect fit, the old dripstick that the previous owner had welded together and that had the rubber fitting loose by the handle was actually poking down to long and was showing that there is a bit more on the scale then the new original dipstick…so good thing i found this NOS part from egypt, thank you
