eyup ducks,took a few pics when i was doin her bus and had a go at posting them....here goes
http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i176/ ... igrust.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

this was the nearside rear window after grinding all the crap out.....looks pretty bad
now this is the first fit of the panel i made up

http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i176/ ... rstfit.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
this one shows a close up of the panel.....the swage line was a little challenging to recreate with a boj job folder

http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i176/ ... ckedin.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
now the panel has been tacked in...one tack at a time with a damp rag to cool and a piece of steel bar behind to try and keep it reasonably straight

nar then owdblades....a couple of pics showing me making and fitting a repair panel on the nearside front door
http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i176/ ... ustcut.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
the door was deffo paggered.....ive cut along a straight edge to remove all the bad stuff
http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i176/ ... stgone.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
cut and removed...dont look too bad like that really...looks better than it did 10 minutes earlier
http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i176/ ... estfit.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
panel now made once again on said dodgy folder,first test fit really but was virtually perfect cause i spent an hour measuring and marking it up before choppin...
http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i176/ ... welded.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
panel tacked and ready for weldin...once again a damp rag to prevent warpin used after each weld
http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i176/ ... folder.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
a quick un of the folder...made from a couple a pieces of scrap angle and a piece of 6x3 channel....which certainly wonna up to the job!!
http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i176/ ... na/zz1.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i176/ ... a/zzz1.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

the things you see when you havent got a gun eh!....the only photos of the finished article after a 6 week stint in't garage for weldin,caggin,pustoleum rollerin,and a cheap way of makin perfect vinyl daisies........and no she didna knock me over....ah was tightnin the slack cv bolts a couple of hours before she set out for newquay
