how difficult is it to get hold of and install a card for a 1.9 watercooled. second hand preferbly and limited engine knowledge

garage wanna put in a webber, 250 parts n 65 per hr labor

Not tooooo difficult providing you have all the required pipework. Finding a good second hand one not always easy though.
