Hi Guys
Many thanks for all the comments.
I managed to get a laptop into hospital and they have free wifi
, so will be keeping up to date with all 80-90 happenings
I was on a flat roof, thank god it was only 8 feet up. Rafter gave way and I have broken 3 ribs and cracked the transverse process on 3 vertebrae, so quite luck really. My own fault should have checked the structure in more detail.
Its bloody painful though even with the morphine in the PCA.
Hope to be out soon and get a dose of Syncro off roading for therapy
will have to take some extra diazepam and double dragon along
Cheers Folks

Great to hear from you Richard. ..
Buggers would only give me morphine for one night after shortening myself by an inch... how times change!
Trust you're looking fwd to the physio...
I mean the exercises not the person...
Oh & don't laugh, I seem to remember it was agony for months

Yikes! Speedy recovery Rich. I never liked diazepam when I had it prescribed, for what turned out to be dislocated ribs!
I love my Osteopath

Wishing you a speedy recovery Rich. Welsh hospitals sound better than English ones - we pay for wifi.
As Clive says - make sure you do the exercises. The short-term pain gives long-term gain.
