Which Windscreen Washer Pump?

Hi Guys
I need a new windscreenwasher pump.
Old one has part no. 251 955 651 stamped on it.
BW and Heritage both quote front washer pumps but part no. 431 955 651 quite cheap!
JK has this one listed as a rear washer pump, cheap and the 251 955 651 at 3 times the price. :(

Should I go with JK? What's the difference between the front and rear washer pumps? I'm concerned that what I buy is the correct diameter etc to fit in the tank recess and is powerful enough..

Cheers
Pete

Same pump with a caddy or lt part number I suspect
if BW say it fits , I would say it fits , the cheap one will be just that ,but it will work and get you out of trouble

Thanks Steve

I think I'll go with JK. It has the correct part number and is also a known make -Febi. It might also last longer than 6 months!

Cheers! Pete

Ps. Re your question in another thread. Yes, JK do have their own part nos. I do feel that some people have some bias against JK!? I wait to be personally disappointed!

the first part of the part number refers to the vehicle , but many of the same parts were fitted to many vehicles
251 refers to T25s , 701 T4  as far as I can see

Bias ? No , expensive experience, yes.
I wish you luck .
