Coolant rail clip.

Putting my van back together so loads of questions at the moment. Current issue is cooling system and trying to source plastic clips that hold the metal coolant rail that runs on 3 sides just beneath the engine lid.

Here's a link to what I mean but they're in the states. I want to avoid cable ties , plumbing fixtures etc if possible.
