tried Baz again last night on petrol but just turned over and over so switched back to LPG,after being stranded for a while last month when I ran out of gas and could not get it to start on petrol I think an electric pump may cure this,anyone got photo's of their setup?,have looked around and it seems to that the pump needs to be fitted near the tank outlet.I have the pump for my Webasto right by the tank outlet,any ideas of the best position for an electric pump??

its wired via a relay controlled by the petrol side of the lpg system, instead of the petrol shut off solenoid. it is mounted just after the tank, on the chassis rail after the filter , before the plastic pipe.
you will also need a blanking plate for where your mechanical petrol pump was

Make sure that it is after the Webasto take off Tee - too much pressure will affect the Webasto. You should have enough room to site it conveniently, when we did Jim Potters install the Webasto Tee fitted easily between his pump on the chassis rail and the tank and all works fine. His pump is about a foot from the tank.

The good thing about fitting an electric pump is it will at least fill the empty line up with fuel, something the mechanical one can struggle to do without assistance. However, watch out for flooding. Any weakness in the seal at the float valve (or indeed joins along fuel line) will soon show themselves.

Hi guys, what are the options for blanking plates, or is it a case of make your own?
 

Brickwerks did sell them, but like quite a lot on there pages at the moment it’s out of stock ......

make your own I would say , unless you someone with a scrap 2.1 to take it off
