&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt; Unlike decorating and other scrapers for specific jobs (e.g cabinet) engineering scrapers are precision hand tools&amp;lt;br&amp;gt; and generally not intended to flex in use.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt; Made from high carbon or tool steel, there are two that I always find myself using :-&lt;br /&gt;

Flat scraper (Eclipse) and Bearing scraper (solid or hollow scalloped scraper), small, large or medium&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Usage:&lt;br /&gt;
Scraping surfaces flat and smooth (their intended use); deburring edges; chipping heavy rust (ideal tool); scraping /flaking off light rust; removing underseal; removing paint (scraping or chipping); cleaning seams out etc.&lt;br /&gt;
