boot seal gutter

after having a fairly productive day today cuting out the N/S tall rear arch and rebuilding the wheel arch because it was well and truly rotted I decided to have a wander round the rest of the van to see what else I have to cut out, replace and fabricate ect coming to the back of it I removed the boot seal because there was some quite bad bubbling ect and the gutters that hold it in are fairly badly gone , I was wondering if this can be bought in sections as repair sections or if I would have to fab them my self? cheers.
