Fitted all the doors and tailgate this morning (had to use old seals still trying to find quality new ones ), just got to mop it and paint the Alfa red 'Autosleeper' stripe on. Then the big refit!!!
The paint shop have done me proud

Looking well nice there, makes all the weeks of effort worthwhile, youve now got a sound clean van to fit up and know it will last, you'll never completely finnish it though

After many weeks of inactivity I have finally got round to fitting up the camper. mainly trial fitting and modification to bumpers etc....
But doors are hung, new seals in (Custom & commercial seals are great by the way), tailgate built up & some stickers are on (just to make me feel like I had done something). couple of photos below.

looks very nice, how many autosleeper trident syncro's were made??,is yours the one in VW Camper the inside story,pp27&28,just curious as I have never seen one before
I beleive Autosleeper (I have enquired with them) only ever converted two Syncros and the one I have is the higher spec of the two, having factory central locking, electric windows, Power steering etc...
Mine is not the one in VW Camper so it must be the other, which I understand is a very original low milage example and used to belong to a member on here some time back.

No, I brought mine off Mudlark a few years ago when he had his new 16” Westy. It was mechanically very good but the body was suffering and the trim was a bit sad, all being attended to now.
