T25 Steering Security Lock
Hi!
I have just bought a 1985 T25 Autosleeper which I am chuffed to bits with. A requirement of the insurance policy, which is through Just Kampers, is to get a steering lock........however, I have had a look locally and cannot find any to fit the (standard) wheel. Any ideas?
Love the website by the way!

T25 Steering Security Lock
My insurers Adrian Flux insisted that I have some form of security lock
on the steering wheel & it proved difficult to find one that fits.
None of the disc type steering wheel covers would go anywhere near fitting! The one I ended up buying was the Halfwit's Fortress grade 3
Thatcham bar type immobiliser but it is a bit of a sloppy fit. It cost
£39.99.

Thanks for the info.
You're right - I also tried a disc type lock but there was no danger that it was going to fit! I had hoped a disc type one would fit as the bar type ones are easy to foil by cutting the steering wheel, not that I am talking through experience! A Halfords Fortress would certainly be a deterent though.
Intermittent wipe is something I will have to fit soon, so a trip to my friendly scrappy will be in order.
Cheers

I got the information on Bar type locks being easy to foil from Autolocks own website, so the information is out in the public domain already.
I'm sure whatever lock is put on a vehicle a determined thief be able to drive off, but at least it is a deterent
