Hightop roof sealant

Post by LUBO »

Alright the sealant around my westie's hightop looks a mess. i was thinking of tidying it up by removing most of the old sealant and renewing it. Firstly anyone done this and what sealant should i use?

cheers kev
Why pay someone else to fix it for you when you can waste 2 months doing it yourself!

I had to do it just before winter, I used Sikaflex as thats the stuff we use on Naval Ships it sticks like #### to a blanket and sets like rubber you can get it on Ebay for about £8 a tube I used Black and white and it all went well and is water tight. :ok
