Why is it that jobs on a Syncro take miles longer than a 2wd

Post by jed the spread »

This comes after me doing the starter motor after work. What a prick with that fuel tank in the way, then the difflock actuator had to come off that ment the driveshaft off and so on  . Anyone actually had anything easier to do on a Syncro than a 2wd van jobs done?

ps, thanks for the torch holding when it went dark again Jake your a true pal.

:rofl :rofl :rofl yeah its an a*** isnt it...

I wonder how "easy" a TD starter is to do as it mounted at "12 o clock"...... and there is a hump in the tank to accomodate it...

The job of changing the starter on waterboxer is one of the many reasons to put a Subaru in there.

PS. TD starter is much easier than WBX.
