Might never happen but..........
Is there any problem fitting a hard-sided Autosleeper poptop to a caravelle?
Are those things amazingly heavy?

Auto sleeper roof
Hi,
You shouldn't have any probs at all,i have done exactly the same on my own van.It helps if you can take some measurements of the hole size and exact position from the van the roof is coming off.
They are heavyish but it's a 4 person job anyway,1 on each corner to position on your van, large amounts of Sikaflex sealant or similar, rivets and thats about it.I decided to waxoyl the remainder of my roof before i fitted mine as you'll never see it again and didn't want any unseen rust issues
