Help! Can't get started on Gas.

Post by sandringham »

My T25 had been running odd on Gas .... kanngerooing and cutting out at junctions. Also MPG was rubbish. Adjusted it the other day and all seemed great as it was running a lot better. But now it wont start at all on Gas... the poor battery tries it's hardest but it is as if there isn't any gas getting through. It starts fine on petrol so that's how I am running it at the moment ...OUCH. If I try to switch over to gas once I get it started on Petrol it just cuts out immediately. Any idea what I've done wrong and how I can put it right?

Thanks Sandringham

Was it a new conversion? have you run it in and has it been back for its reset? who advised you to adjust it? did you contact the installer for advice? yes loads of questions but if you've adjusted it without guidance then you will have to take it back to the fitter and have it reset properly.

And never forget this is a public forum, your first contact should always be the installer in any situation.

Steve from Gas sure installed it in March this year and he told me how I could adjust it... and I followed his instructions to the letter.

And as for "And never forget this is a public forum, your first contact should always be the installer in any situation"

I tried to contact Steve and couldn't get him so decided to ask for help on here (and people have always been helpful up to now) so although you may be the co founder there is no need to be so patronizing Steve 8090!
