Hi folks,
Two of my plastic double glazed windows have small cracks in. Does anyone know of a fix for this other than replacement?

You should be able to stop the crack creeping further by carefully drilling a small hole(1mm or 2mm) where the fracture ends.....

crack on inside or out. If outside , you may be able to weld , but see a motorbike repairer for that . If its inside , easy . Take out window. you'll see that the window is double skinned so cut with craft knife the sealent and seperate the inside . Go to B and Q get a sheet of perspex and mark up , cut carefully then re- seal the new inside piece using fine bead of silicone clear and clamp together , go to bed , then next day refit window. Did mine and works a treat . you can even re drill a small hole for the plastic plug from the original for the vent hole.

Finally repaired the inside skin on the front window in my westy atlantic high top. Word of advice to anyone planning to carry this out: lay the perspex out on a flat board and cut the perspex with a disc cutter.....DO NOT use a stanley knife or attempt to drill the perpex, otherwise there's a good chance that it will crack. Alas my first attempt went badly wrong and that is what happened. 2nd attempt I used a disc cutter and everything went perfectly well
