Truma E1800 heater not working

Hi, heater has worked in the past, but latterly only at 1/2 speed fan. Now it's not working at all - fan comes on, but no click, after 30 secs the fan switches off. Plenty of LPG in the cylinder. Where to start? Wondering where it gets its electric supply from, cos the leisure battery is probably a bit shagged, have tried it with mains plugged in but same result...
