DG Carb Wiring When In DF van?

Hi all

I know this has been covered quite a bit but I just want to clarify if it is ok to run the pierburg carb heater by splicing into the manifold heater wire?
I hope this will then be correctly running off the timer relay and then the stop solenoid and the choke on the original permanent feed as per the DF solex carb.
