Crank shaft not shifting

If its got an undiagnosed weepy barrel seal it may have rusted the bore and seized a piston.
You should be able to pull a DG over or at least rock it by hand with the plugs in.

Thanks for all the advice folks - removed plugs, sprayed plusgas in there - turned fine after the slightest of pressure on the wrench - now to see if it starts!
