Overheating
Hi all,after a really rotten 2 years finally got out in my 1.9 automatic type 25, drove from Castletown to South Shields,approx 6 miles, temperature was high, Fished for about 5 hours, no luck, got back in van and drive back, temp really high light flashing, got home and parked up had coffee went back out tried to start van, no joy, just light clicking noise from starter motor, any help/advice, my electrical knowledge is (if you let the smoke out of the wiring it is Kaput) cheers Mawsy

Hi all, just crawled under the van and found a rotten connection to starter motor, replaced new crimp and starts on the button, will look at coo!ing 2 morra cheers Mawsy

If the temp gauge has shot straight to max with flashing LED, check the connection on the sender, this may also be corroded or have fallen off
