sliding door opening

Post by what2do »

Hiu, I'm aware this is a relatively common problem, thus, I'm confident of receiving solutions from you.  My slider will open whilst driving, it actually opens fully and slams against the stop which is particularly disturbing, more so to pedestrians if driving through town as it sounds like a gun going off!
It is also necessary to close the door by pushing with some force on the latch towards the rear so that it *clicks* shut properly.

Thoughts please.
Why would the glass be anything other than half full?

If not already done so, you may find this mod handy along with changing the other handle to a vertical position.
